Sims Hilditch, the British interior design studio founded by Emma Sims-Hilditch in 2009, has introduced a partnership model to its business, bringing together senior stakeholders to form a unified leadership body.

The company said that each of the eight partners bring a different skill set and area of specialism, holding various roles across the business including interior design, interior architecture and spatial planning, commercial development and finance.

It added that the partnership empowers key team members to drive creative direction, shape the studio’s aesthetic evolution, and play a direct role in commercial growth, as well as support talent retention and leadership development.

The partnership will be reviewed annually.

Emma Sims-Hilditch, founder and creative director, said: ‘Our evolution and move to a partnership structure marks an opportunity to recognise and honour the incredible talent within Sims Hilditch, whilst future-proofing our legacy.

‘I am so proud of the diverse and multifaceted team we have built at Sims Hilditch since 2009 and in our ability to provide our clients with a wealth of creative design experience, alongside informed and personal guidance at every stage of their project. Each of the eight appointed partners shares the collective vision for the future of the studio and is deeply committed to its continued success and growth.’

Henry Hird, CEO at Sims Hilditch, added: ‘Given the creative nature of our industry, it is essential that we foster an environment where leaders can express and grow their individual creative talents and stay motivated to remain within the business.

‘Transitioning to a partnership model not only empowers our senior team, but also ensures we are able to reflect the ever-evolving needs of our clients and the diverse landscape of our projects, whilst reinforcing the strength of the Sims Hilditch brand and its DNA.’
