Nowy Styl and Kusch+Co have launched Spix, an acoustic office pod available in one-person and four-person configurations, called the Phone Pod and the Meet Pod.
Features include hygiene ventilation, integrated power and LED lighting, and felt wallcovering that enhances acoustic performance.
A ‘smart’ energy control system activates upon entry and deactivates when the user exits, while a control panel enables users to adjust lighting and manage air circulation with a built-in fan. The design incorporates an occupancy light that indicates pod usage and activates a one-minute ‘cleaning mode’ to refresh the air after each use.
The meeting pod includes a screen mount for video calls, and all models feature automatic self-closing doors to maintain acoustic conditions.
The pods are equipped with discreet wheels for mobility and are designed for quick assembly.
The one-person pod measures 2265x1000x1000mm, while the four-person pod measures 2265x2200x1250mm.

A two-person pod is expected to be released soon.
