Returning in April 2026, the Salone Internazionale del Mobile is a hub of experimentation and cross-pollination, a meeting point and a place for new opportunities to reflect on the world of design and planning.
Set up in 1961, the trade fair boasts a range of furnishing products, and each year, it gives shape to its mission as a laboratory of experimentation and cross-pollination, a place to meet and create new business opportunities.
Salone Raritas – a new exhibition space dedicated to limited edition design and high-end creative manufacturing – will make its debut at the 64th edition of the trade fair. Curated by Annalisa Rosso, editorial director and cultural events advisor of the Salone del Mobile, and set up by design studio Formafantasma, Salone Raritas has been created to bridge the gap between highly skilled creative production and the B2B contemporary design market. The aim is to build a select environment fostering networking opportunities and perspectives, generating new ways of presenting and purchasing unique pieces, limited editions and ‘outsider’ objects which, when included in high-profile projects, can define the identity of public and private interiors.
The trade fail will take place from 21-26 April 2026, in the Rho Fiera Milano, Italy.
