The founder and president of Mise Design Group, Victor Cardamone is a trained executive chef and has experience in designing and consulting projects from coast to coast in the US, Canada and the island of Bermuda. Victor Cardamone was trained at the world renowned Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. He has acquired various operational experiences in facilities such as Ritz Carlton Hotel. He served as the corporate chef for a national medically based fitness facility management company.
