“When deciding on whether to open a new store, we look at the location first and foremost, determining if there is a need for our brand in that area. Then we consider the real estate climate, and right now, there is no better time to secure space. Square-foot rates are the best they’ve been in decades, and there are plenty of options. Mall stores that rely on foot traffic are dying, but stand-alone stores with a big from-the-street presence still have an audience”, says Ken Loring.

Customers who visit any of the Boston Interiors showroom during the grand opening sale from April 3 to May 31st, can enter for a chance to win a $2500 gift card and an in-store design consultation.

Boston Interiors has a design team that is specifically trained to help customers create the perfect room for their budget, tastes and lifestyle. Every showroom has a “Design Center” — an area where the designers can meet with customers. In-store design consultations are free and include a customized layout of the customer’s floor space, showing color and fabric selections digitally ‘draped’ on furniture choices, and a room layout option specifically designed to the customer’s needs.

Customers also have the option of an at-home design consultation, which is provided for a $200 flat fee. The at-home consultation includes a visit to the client’s home for exact measurements. After a minimum purchase, 50% of the consultation fee is refunded.

The Boston Interiors product range includes home furnishings for the living room, bedroom, dining room and home office, as well as rugs, mattresses and home accessories.
