The modern apartments are being marketed as a home away from home, and include facilities such as the agua, a spa featuring wet and dry treatment rooms, and a fully equipped gym that caters to the rejuvenating needs of customers.

The hotel also includes a five-star restaurant, an event spaces and a private 47 slip marina with a private dock master and sand barge. Wanders has also added his pieces like flooring, including chairs, tables and sofas to accentuate the ambiance of the hotel.

With its ‘sleeping beauty’s castle’ design, the complex boasts a garden that leads to the interior. The gardens are not just decorative spaces but will also act as indoor/outdoor living spaces, with seating areas, an outdoor 11-feet Calvin bar lamp and cabanas created from large foliage curtains.

Tented play spaces with a sandbox and bouncy toys in the children’s area also accompany the garden area. Large supporting spindle-like columns and ornately patterned staircases add space to the interiors.

Delft blue tiles with images depicting girls and sharks, chandelier showers and a small coach house entrance featuring six large bell chandeliers define the interior ambiance of the hotel.

Miami’s downtown skyline can be enjoyed from the hotel’s sunset lounge. Contrasting visuals are created by juxtaposing the golden candelabras and onyx jewel-cut stools combined with ottomans and antiques.

On its opening the hotel is offering a rental program for the benefits of owners. It also allows for an extended vacation, while also providing rental income between visits.
