Awarded by US Green Building Council (UGSBC) for designing a home in San Antonio, Texas, some features of the home include a wall-panel system made from light gauge steel and expanded polystyrene, and a rainwater catchment system that collects 70% of the runoff from the roof to be used for irrigation.

Located off Trumbo Road in San Antonio, the LEED-rated home, built to be energy and water resource efficient as well as healthy for occupants, underwent a technically rigorous process that includes a home energy rating and on-site inspections.

LionForce, formed in 2005 with headquarters Texas, has built three local LEED certified homes. However, this is its first home designed to achieve LEED-Gold certification.
