The design of the bookshelf represents a growing tree, and carries the concept of growth of knowledge with relation to growth of a tree. It seems that the designer wants us to look at the books as ‘fruits of knowledge growing on a tree’. Leather covered pieces provide support to the books stacked on the shelves.
