The renovation, to be taken up in two phases, would see the emergence of the hub as a state-of-the-art facility where use of smart technology would result in a substantial reduction of the carbon footprint.

The renovations include addition of a new one million liter lake with pontoon-style flooring, provision of light and ventilation to compliment nature, and use of natural materials to provide an enduring and classic look, general manager Donald Stewart reported.

The new frontage of the club will also include a magnificent port-cochere, surrounded by a moat-style water feature.

The refurbished Panthers will house five restaurants which include Panarotti’s Pizza and Pasta, several new function rooms, indoor and outdoor bars, sunken lounge areas with fireplaces, and a huge alfresco dining area that can accommodate more than 800 people.
