The Mulvaney building is a three-story, 70,000 square feet, class ‘A’ medical office building located on the Saint Alphonsus Main campus in Boise, Idaho.

The building has been designed for maximum efficiency and sustainability. During design and construction, elements such as local and regional materials, recycled content, energy and water efficiency, construction debris recycling and many others have been carefully monitored and maximized. More than half the building has been leased to Saint Alphonsus, while medical office space is available in the remaining portion of the building.

The green features of the building includes rooftop garden on the second floor accessible to all building occupants, high performance window glazing, exterior shading devices, high efficiency water source heat pump and chillers, heat recovery units and heat exchangers, local and low emitting materials, recycled content building materials, day lighting and lighting control system, low flow water fixtures, native and drought tolerant landscaping, and recycling program. Over 80% of the Mulvaney’s construction debris was recycled and 60% of its materials came from recycled products.

Named after Sisters of the Holy Cross Patricia and Beth Mulvaney, both long-time supporters of Saint Al’s, the building is owned by Cameron Investments of Boise.
