The extended stay hotel will include 118 rooms, of which 56 will be king studios, two two-bedroom suites, 11 one-bedroom suites and 49 one-bedroom double queen bed suites.

King studios have been designed to cater to the needs of business travelers, while queen suites are going to be family oriented. The accommodations will include contemporary furniture with modern facilities and a complete kitchen.

The hotel will also feature amenities like executive business center, spacious meeting room, dining area with buffet, comfortable seating areas, a sweet shop, expanded exercise facility, guest laundry, a large pool and whirlpool, and an extensive courtyard

The upscale extended-stay hotel is expected to open doors in the first quarter of 2010.
