The recently upgraded Twickenham stadium – the largest rugby union stadium in the UK and the home of English rugby – has increased its capacity to 82,000 spectators and will be the focal point of the 2015 Rugby World Cup. The stadium is not only the venue for every England home game, but hosts a number of domestic rugby fixtures during the year, as well as finction as a music venue and conference facility.
SES, the building services arm of the Shepherd Group, has recently completed the work to install the mechanical & electrical services to the new south stand.
Since the ground was bought by the RFU in 1907, it has gone through a number of redevelopments. The stadium has recently received new seating and roof, along with other added facilities.
