The hospital has 22 stories above ground and eight below; two roof floors will house 200 beds, including 110 intensive care unit (ICU) beds.
The Korea Times reports the hospital will have a VIP room of 279 square meters on the 21st floor of the hospital with a panoramic view of the Han River and the Seoul Tower on Mt. Namsan.
The twenty-first floor of the hospital will house a 279 square meters VIP room in addition to VIP wards measuring 67 by 79 square meters. The largest ward will have a sick room, bathroom, family room and office.
An exclusive elevator from the parking lot will cater to the needs of the VIP ward.
