The Ritz-Carlton Highlands will incorporate 170 guest rooms, 23 private Ritz-Carlton residences and 25 fractional ownership units, a 17,000 feet spa and fitness center.
Des Jardins has worked with the Johnson Studio, which designed the 94 seater restaurant and 71-seat bar and lounge.
According to Des Jardins the rooms will have warm oranges and ambers and will marry a sleek urbanity with the rustic feel that one might expect in a mountain restaurant.
The resort and restaurant are scheduled to open in late 2009.
