The 152-acre driving facility will feature a 2-mile road course with elevation changes of almost 120 feet. The amenities available at the Park include private clubhouse, fitness center, member lounge, locker room and restaurant.
It will also feature an 8/10ths mile karting track. Additional amenities include a driving school, a swimming pool, private on-site garage rentals, teen driver training programs and tennis courts.
The members of the AMP will also get the facility of reciprocal driving privileges at Calabogie Motorsports in Ontario, Circuit ICAR in Quebec, Miller Motorsports Park in Utah, New Jersey MotorsportsPark in New Jersey, Palm Beach International Raceway in Florida and Virginia International Raceway in Virginia.
Hermann Tilke has designed the facility, which has sustainable design features including Falcon Waterless urinals, Sloan (Solar Powered) automatic water faucets, Sloan (Solar Powered) dual flow toilets and tank-less water heaters. The garbage and oil will be recycled at the facility. It will also feature thermal resistant windows, high-efficient LED and florescent bulbs and supplementary insulation.
