The mall designed by Chisel Architects and Bentel Associates of South Africa, will comprise 252 retail outlets including 39 F&B outlets. The important feature of the mall is its wide corridors, some of which are almost 40 feet wide.

It will be a shopping, dining and entertainment mall. The parking capacity of the mall is 1,800 four-wheelers and 550 two-wheelers. The mall has six anchor stores which includes Spar hypermarket, Lifestyle, Shoppers Stop, Pantaloon, Reliance Trends and Marks & Spencer. The mall will also feature six-screen Inox multiplex which will have a seating capacity of 1,497. Inox will also launch its premium lounge with recliners and with 71 seats.

Mantri Square will also provide a 12-lane Amoeba bowling alley with a gaming centre. The mall will anchor India’s first Taco bell, the QSR chain from Yum! International and OVS from Italy.

The mall is covered by CCTV cameras and also features bomb detection and explosive detection systems.
