The RanchHouses are being built in the Victory Ranch community spread over 5,600-acres, offering 20-mile views of the Wasatch and Uinta Mountains. The RanchHouses includes 11 semi-custom homes spread over quarter- or half-acre lots and offer two to three bedrooms. Each home spans 1,500-2,099 square feet in area, with a choice of four different models.

The ‘Big Sage’ Ranch cottage is the largest of the cottages offered and is multi-level. The entrance leads to the great room, where banks of windows frame mountain views and fill the house with light. The master suite and great room feature fireplaces. A deep covered porch serves as a relaxing open-air space for dining and lounging.

The Gamble Oak Ranch cottage spans two levels with generous decks and porches around the perimeter. The main level has cozy nooks illuminated by floor-to-ceiling windows to enable infiltration of light. All the beds and baths have their own patios.

The River Birch Ranch cottage features a broad wrap-around porch that ends in a covered deck with outdoor fireplace. The other face of the double fireplace warms the Great Room with its lofty exposed beams and broad banks of windows. Large floor-to-ceiling windows offer great views of the landscape. The lower level Master and Guest Suites open to stone-paved patios through double French doors.

The Woods Rose Ranch cottage features large exposed beams soaring over the dining room and Great room, where a rustic native stone fireplace warms the room.

All the RanchHouses feature Rocky Mountain architecture designed to blend into the natural landscape of the Ranch and surrounding mountains. Some elements of the homes include the usage of natural timber and stone siding throughout the space; exposed timber beams in kitchen, dining rooms and Great room; corrugated metal and wood shake roof; covered decks; and wood ceilings. Local stone and rustic metals are also used. Low-density exterior colors and energy-efficient appliances are incorporated in the homes. The homes also feature low-pitched roof angles that complement the rugged peaks found in the Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest. Cutting-edge technologies such as high-efficiency heating and air conditioning and double thermopane window glazing are also employed in the homes.

About 3,000 acres of the Park city site stretches from lush valleys to high desert plateaus. Victory Ranch is also in close proximity to Park City, a cultured mountain town that has gained world recognition as the host of the Sundance Film Festival and as a venue for the 2002 Olympic Winter Games. The Ranch site offers numerous family activities for home owners such as cross-country skis, golf, mountain biking, back trails and fishing.
