The 356-room Kauai Marriott Resort features completely transformed guest rooms and Presidential Suite fitted with modern residential furnishings. It features balconies to take advantage of sweeping ocean, mountain and garden views. The Aupaka Terrace lobby lounge has been refreshed offering a relaxed atmosphere overlooking the dramatic swimming pool.
The resort has received a newly-built children’s pool featuring a slide and water spout. This is a complement to the hotel’s 26,000 square feet outdoor swimming pool with five soothing whirlpools.
Conference and social event space consist of 19,702 square feet of indoor meeting space and nearly 60,000 square feet of outdoor event space in ocean, garden and pool settings. The Kauai Ballroom has been expanded and enhanced as part of the renovation, making it the largest on Kauai. The room can be divided into three sections and can accommodate up to 1,750 guests for receptions and 1,000 for banquets. The resort features an expanded porte cochere and an improved main lobby and registration desk.
