Designed by German-American architect Helmut Jahn, Veer Towers at CityCenter is a twin 37-story glass tower complex accommodating 674 condominium units. The towers lean in opposite directions 4.6 degrees from the center. Helmut Jahn has designed the CityCenter’s residential development as an architectural and artistic landmark.

Notable designer Francisco Gonzalez-Pulido has created Veer’s public spaces and lobbies, which showcase commissioned works by English sculptor and painter Richard Long. Entitled ‘Circle of Life’ and ‘Earth,’ Long’s two mud wall drawings measure approximately 80 feet high by 50 feet wide and are displayed on Veer Tower’s west and east tower walls, respectively.

Some of the units at the Veer Towers enjoy the artistic view of Crystals’ sculptural rooftop, a crystalline canopy, designed by famed architect Daniel Libeskind while other units will have spectacular views of the world-famous Las Vegas Strip. The interiors are flooded with an abundance of natural light flowing through floor-to-ceiling windows.

The towers’ residential options include studios; deluxe studios; one-, two- and three-bedroom flats; and penthouses. The structure features a roof-top, infinity-edge pool, hot tub, sun deck and bar for outdoor entertaining. A recreation room, private media room and a fitness center with men’s and women’s steam rooms and saunas are on the 37th floor adjacent to the pool deck. Additional offerings include a private boardroom and business center, bike storage, mail room, private residential valet, concierge service and 24-hour security.

Veer Towers earned CityCenter’s sixth LEED-Gold certification from the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). The accomplishment marks the highest LEED achievement by any hotel, retail district or residential development in Las Vegas. The 18 million square feet metropolis is one of the world’s largest private sustainable communities.

The unveiling of Veer Towers follows the grand opening of four of CityCenter’s offerings – ARIA Resort & Casino; Mandarin Oriental, Las Vegas; Vdara Hotel & Spa and Crystals retail and entertainment district.
