The phased project, which is scheduled to last for 42 weeks, involves a complete refit of the company’s headquarters office building spanning over 1,924 square feet. Adex is currently finishing the eight and final phase of the project which is on schedule. The project is due for completion in October 2010.

The refurbishment involves highlighting the company’s corporate colours through the walls and furniture. Client meeting areas, boardrooms and training suites were over-clad with new ceilings installed to improve acoustic qualities. New floorings were fitted in all the areas. Staff breakout areas were completely redesigned, featuring soft curved seating in vibrant corporate colour schemes to offer a stimulating and comfortable area for staff to relax and socialise with colleagues.

Kcom relocated to Mark Road office following the explosion at the Buncefield Depot oil refinery, which resulted in Europe’s biggest peacetime fire in December 2005.
