The new Miele DA 7000 designer range recirculation hoods do not release heat to atmosphere and are simple to install. In the DA 7000 designer range, Miele offers two new elliptical shaped cooker hoods, which operate solely in recirculation mode.

The cooker hoods absorb unpleasant kitchen smells, and come in a 90cm wide DA 7090 W wall and a 100cm wide DA 7000 D island model. The island model called ‘Aura’ appears to float above the cooking surfaces and is suspended by four virtually invisible steel wires.

These new recirculation hoods are skilfully designed to eliminate unwanted odours, which is made possible by the highly efficient NoSmell active charcoal filters and a powerful and compact fan with a built-in height of only 9cm.

The black glass frontage of the hood houses sleek touch controls. The fascia has white upper and lower panels, which stand in stark contrast to the black fascia. The company offers the option to powder-coat these two surfaces in all RAL colours.

The Aura recirculation hoods features three-speed and Intensive fan with 600 cubic metres per hour rate, electronic touch controls, 5- or 15-minute follow-up extraction, filter saturation indicator, dishwasher safe metal grease filters, 20 watt halogen lights with dimmer function and safety auto switch-off.
