Located north of Tel Aviv, the 12-storey property will feature a Ritz-Carlton hotel, while the top six floors will be devoted to The Residences. The luxury mixed-use property, which is scheduled to open in 2012, will consist of 110 hotel rooms and 85 residences and represents an investment of over $160 million.

Architect Rani Ziss is behind the project design and Studio Gaia has created the interior design of the new elegant seaside retreat. Boasting well-appointed studios to luxuriously decorated one- and two-bedroom units, chic duplexes, and stylish penthouses, these vacation residences are inspired by the luxury marina lifestyle, with terraces offering sweeping views of the Mediterranean.

The focal point in every residence is the sea view, a fact the designers have emphasized by framing the scenery. Studio Gaia has incorporated the colour palette of warm golden sands, blue sky and coastal waters of the Mediterranean. These shades of beiges, taupe, blues and metallic colours that blend well with the seashore location are enhanced with local natural materials and artwork by acclaimed Israeli artists. The lines of the interior spaces are clean and modern.

The residences and guest rooms offer warmth and luxury accentuated by the use of natural woods. Stone and leather tiles provide a clean and contemporary element. These materials provide a gentle backdrop for the sculptural furnishings.

Marina Chic units are designed as open and airy apartments featuring a wood-panelled dining room, minimalist aesthetic marked by stone walls, a monochromatic Italian-designed kitchen, and neutral colour scheme. The Beach House units feature splashes of navy and azure transforming the residence environment into a luxury yacht. The apartments are notable for refined elements of nautical design.

Residents will enjoy access to the hotel’s five-star services and amenities, including in-residence dining and a beautifully designed rooftop outdoor pool.
