Gansevoort Park Avenue’s design is a blend of classic American inspirations with the Group’s signature style. The showpiece lobby, guest rooms, presidential suite, and pool area were all designed by architect Stephen B. Jacobs and interior designer Andi Pepper. Manhattan-based firm ICRAVE created the restaurant Asellina. Renowned photographer Deborah Anderson’s artwork is integrated throughout the hotel on walls, in guestrooms, and on the rooftop.
The new property comprises 249 sleek rooms and suites spanning 462 square feet on an average; a three-storey lobby; a tri-level rooftop complex with a indoor/outdoor pool and connected nightlife spaces; and the recently opened Ristorante Asellina, a 10,000 square-feet Italian trattoria, operated by The ONE Group.
The Gansevoort Park Rooftop is a 20,000 square feet tri-level complex comprising an Ultra Lounge with attached outdoor balconies, an indoor/outdoor pool deck connected to multiple bar areas, and a distinct outdoor rooftop level with stunning 360-degree city views. This unique layout helps to accommodate large-scale events.
Exhale spa is featured at the new resort that presents a full menu of signature spa therapies as well as its highly acclaimed proprietary Core Fusion classes and yoga classes. A wellness lounge features a mind-body studio where yoga and Core classes are hosted, with four spa therapy rooms, a manicure/pedicure lounge, a rejuvenating infrared detox chamber, a wellbeing boutique, changing rooms, and a mind-body gym.
Located on the second floor is the Cutler salon which offers of-the-moment styles and treatments by leaders in the industry. All guest rooms feature complimentary in-room hair and bath products from Cutler.
