The 138-room hotel will span four stories and will comprise of a business centre, meeting rooms, a pool, fitness centre, bar and lounge. It will also incorporate a guest laundry, surfboard storage along with a convenience store.
The hotel will be located on a three-acre site at the junction of Dairy Road, Hale¬akala Highway and Keo¬lani Place leading to the airport and is considered to be the third Courtyard hotel in Hawaii with the other two being in Waikiki and Kauai.
California-based R.D. Olson Construction is the contractor for the Maui proj¬ect.
