The 13,000-seat arena dons a tensile, lace-like skin which puts up an image of a single enclosed object. Internally, a rounded arena results in good acoustics and extroversive atmosphere which facilitates players as well as fans.

The first floor features a foyer for visitors comprising four stairway access with access control. The foyer resembles a covered plateau which is naturally ventilated and unheated. The area encompasses the inner portion of the stadium arena and houses visitors’ toilets, bars, first-aid room and detention facilities.

A separate access will be provided for soccer players from the lower platform which will have direct access to team buses and parking. There will be two dressing rooms on the entry point to the field. The stadium will also incorporate a mix zone, a doping and physiotherapy area and public program spanning 3,000 square metres distributed on zero level on the N, S and E. The project is scheduled to be ready by 2012.
