The 300-room Sands Hotel will be the largest full service hotel in the Lehigh Valley in Bethlehem. It includes 16 executive suites and six presidential suites, featuring modern amenities such as wireless Internet, media hubs and high-definition flat-screen televisions. The hotel also features an indoor pool and a fitness room.
The new Sands Hotel will include over 5000 square feet of state-of-the-art meeting space, 3000 square feet of pre-function and exhibit space, with a professional coordinator to help plan events. Future plans include retail space and an events center.
The hotel will also offer ‘In-Room Dining from Emeril’s Kitchen’, an exclusive private dining service for hotel guests by known chef and restaurateur Chef Emeril Lagasse. It will offer special selections from the menus of Lagasse’s three Sands Bethlehem restaurants – Emeril’s Chop House, Burgers And More by Emeril and Emeril’s Italian Table, the chef’s newest restaurant at the Sands Casino Resort Bethlehem and his first ever Italian restaurant, which will open on 4 June.
