The project has been executed by home furnishing manufacturer, retailer and interior design firm Ethan Allen’s Contract Division. The Inn is situated along the Delaware river and features 45 revamped rooms, a new lobby and ballroom as well as a new meeting and pre-function area. All the 45 rooms of the facility including standard rooms, deluxe rooms and suites sport a contemporary look with neutral tones.

The facility uses conventional architecture such as wood finishes, glass, metal, patterned and coloured textiles and textured wall coverings accentuating the modern undertone. Further, every renovated room provides glimpses of the Delaware river.

The Standard guest rooms are fitted with a king-sized bed after the facelift. The deluxe rooms are equipped with two queen beds or one king-sized bed whereas the suites feature a king bed, a gas fireplace as well as a sitting space.

The new rooms will comprise loveseats, chairs and the Quincy Bed in shades of black. There will be large desks with advanced lighting facilities in the guest rooms post upgrade work. The bathrooms in the guest rooms have also been improved as part of the project. The overhauled bathrooms in the rooms incorporate a limestone and mahogany vanity whereas the suites’ wetrooms now comprise additional shower jets and plush robes. The aesthetics of the guest rooms are enhanced through the installation of artistic pieces by Gordon Haas and black and white photography. The artistic renderings are also showcased in the hallway leading to the Inn’s lobby in a galley pattern.

Another feature of the project includes makeover of the facility’s lobby which is now equipped with Ethan Allen furnishings and small seating arrangements. The revamped facility also houses the new 1,110 square feet Creekside Room which has a capacity of up to 45 to facilitate conferences. The room possesses two entrances from the lobby. It also features a soundproof room partition system which allows the room to be segregated into smaller areas to house more people.

The upgraded Inn further features the Riverside Ballroom and Conference Centre. Both the areas are enclosed by glass and possess a capacity to house up to 150 people. The area is adorned with at wo-and-a-half storey vaulted ceiling, chandeliers, new chairs and carpeting along with a new movable dance floor. The area offers a visual treat by enabling sunset views of the surrounding river.
