The Ocean Tower, which was originally the Haddon Hall built in the 1920s, consists of 480 guest rooms spread over nine stories. The project will involve renovation work on all these guestrooms. A 1920s retro look will serve as the dominant theme for the new rooms integrated with installation of contemporary facilities.

The suites as well as the regular rooms of the facility will now be adorned with ornate beds, wood in dark tones, leather chairs and sofas and telephones replicating a 1920s appearance in place of the earlier décor which drew references from the beach. The new rooms also allow glimpses of the surrounding ocean. About 90% of the rooms overhaul has been completed.

The old décor adorning the casino hotel during the ownership days of Sun International Hotels has been stripped off to be substituted with new furnishings offering an antique look of the 1920s. The gaudy carpets in the corridors have been replaced with beige-coloured wallpaper and carpeting in blue shades.
