The structure has been designed by Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects and developed by Keppel Land. It encompasses 43 floors incorporating an exterior made of glass and metal. The facility comprises grade-A office area spanning 82,200 square metres. The design of the tower bears resemblance to the sail of a ship with a bow that curves along the street.

The green features imbibed in the facility include installation of 120,000 LED lights in its exterior which illuminate the building at night while consuming less energy. It also comprises 400 square metres of energy-efficient photovoltaic panels to light up its common areas. Further, there is a sky garden above the facility measuring 25 metres which adds to its sustainability. The garden features trees, vines and flowering plants.

The building is the first office building in Southeast Asia to bag LEED Platinum certification for its core and shell. It has also secured Platinum Green Mark Award from the Building and Construction Authority of Singapore.
