The front façade of the resort has been upgraded as part of the project with creation of a new port au cache. The interior lobby of the hotel is now adorned with glass and marble. The look of the revamped lobby is accentuated through installation of an artistic sculpture depicting the four elements of earth, water, air and fire. The original stained glass mural has been retained adding to the aesthetics of the new lobby area.
The wooden stairs to the mezzanine have been substituted by an elevator following the makeover. The remodelled building also incorporates a contemporary check-in space. The new check-in area is fitted with custom-made check-in pods to meet individual tastes of the guests.
The resort already features a massive pool and waterslide, a grocery, clothing and jewelry stores, a private chapel, and a tapas and grill restaurant named La Cabana’s Las Ramblas.
