The 48-floor facility incorporates a slanted handle-shaped top and is fitted with colour-changing lighting fixtures in its exterior. It also features an atrium at its top part. The atrium encompasses three floors that offer views of the surrounding area. A spiralling staircase passes across the atrium to lead to the top storey.
The walls of the tower are made of glass and its work spaces sport an open-plan concept. The executive floors of the building don soft white and gray shades. Installation of vibrant artistic pieces, floor-to-ceiling digital screens and wall hangings complements the look. The office in the 48th level of the facility comprises a round-shaped coffee table in place of a desk. The table top is formed of marble. Upholstered chairs, a conference table and a computer workstation sit around the table. The outside of the office is equipped with five massive balls made of wood. The balls are hung from the ceiling.
The facility has bagged LEED Platinum certification. Its design makes use of several sustainable features such as allowing maximum penetration of natural light and installation of energy-efficient and water-saving systems.
