The facility, encompassing 43 floors, has been designed by Urban Design. Among its various features are a concierge service, wireless business centre with Wi-Fi accessible meeting rooms, outdoor barbeque, and a communal lounge. It also comprises a gym and sauna fitted with latest amenities, a cinema, a bike storage space, undercover parking lot and a lap pool measuring 25 metres. Further, three units, spanning 200 square metres each, located in the ground floor, have been dedicated for housing retail wings.
The texture and finish of the building facade has been inspired by the surrounding landscape. The apartments in the building incorporate high ceilings, balconies, and levered windows.
The facility also abides by several green principles. Their roofs are equipped with energy-efficient solar panels while their design allows optimum penetration of natural light throughout the interior. The building is also fitted with low water consuming fixtures which slash water consumption. Presence of rainwater tanks mounted on the roof and use of efficient thermal glazing treatments and a waste management system add to the sustainability.
