Designed by Martin Riley Associates, the complex features apartment buildings encompassing three to four floors. The apartments accommodate a total of 92 units consisting of two, three, and four bedrooms. Amenities include a pool, playground, gazebo/picnic zone and a maintenance building, along with shelter for buses.
The facility abides by a host of green norms such as installation of efficient mechanical units containing non-ozone-depleting refrigerants. It has also been equipped with high-performance plumbing systems and appliances. Presence of a permanent erosion control system and drought-resistant plantings, along with reclaimation of construction debris adds to its sustainability.
