The makeover will help transformation of the Starwood hotel into a Sheraton. The 1980 building houses 730 rooms while encompassing 40 floors. Its lobby area will be equipped with the Link@Sheraton(R) experienced with Microsoft facilitating interpersonal or webcam-to-webcam interaction following the makeover.
The revamped guest rooms of the hotel will be fitted with a large work desk, customised ergonomic chair, LCD flat panel TV, MP3 docking station as well as Sheraton Sweet Sleeper bed in shades of white. The renovated rooms will also offer internet access.
The facility will comprise 100,000 square feet of meeting area following the overhaul. The refurbished meeting space will be equipped with advanced applications. It will also consist of a fitness facility fitted with latest amenities which will incorporate the Sheraton Fitness programmed by Core Performance programme. Other features of the remodelled structure include a Sheraton Club Lounge, and an indoor and outdoor pool.
