The hotel houses a total of 219 rooms which have been entirely refurbished. The revamped guest rooms and suites sport shades of the Maine coastline. The rooms have now been equipped with several modern amenities. They include large work desks and ergonomic chairs, 37-inch high-definition LCD TVs, MP3-compatible alarm clocks, luxurious bedding and combed cotton linens, Wolfgang Puck in-room gourmet coffee and tea service, along with bath and body products from Crabtree & Evelyn Citron.
The refurbished facility also features 13,000 square feet of conference area to serve business meetings, banquets and social events. It includes the Lighthouse Ballroom spanning 5280 square feet which possesses a maximum capacity to house 550. The hotel now features a self-service business centre and an advanced fitness facility with an indoor heated swimming pool. The Blue Wave Grill restaurant in the hotel has also been revamped. In addition, the storm water treatment system of the facility has also received an overhaul.
