The project has been developed by Indianapolis’ Pepper Construction. It encompasses both the exterior and interior of the property with features such as remodelled entryways, flooring and lighting fixtures. The facility’s restrooms and landscaping have also received an overhaul as part of the project.
The food court of the mall spanning over an area of 20,000 square feet has undergone revamp work. The food court has now installed new tables and chairs. The mall has also been equipped with 135,000 square feet of new tile and carpet following the makeover. The wooden benches fitted throughout the public concourses of the property have now been substituted with soft seating facilities.
