The Class A apartment community features apartment homes encompassing eight floors above the original occupant of the site, The Church at Clarendon. The new property houses 46 market-rate apartment homes and 70 affordable apartment homes comprising studio, one-, two-, or three-bedroom units.

The new facility has incorporated a host of green features which is slated to help it attain at least a LEED Silver certification. The features include use of Energy Star-certified appliances, and low-VOC paint. The building has also been equipped with Green Label Plus-eligible carpet and recycling centres on all stories. Installation of dual-flush toilets add to the sustainability factor. The green initiative is encouraged with presence of bike storage, and carpool drop-off area.
