Aurora scheme involves construction of an 18-storey residential tower, which will have a total square footage of 311,000. Along with 341 residential units, the building will also have a two-level, below-grade parking garage for 386 passenger vehicles, which will have an area of 135,000 square feet.
Targeted for LEED certification, the construction of the tower will embrace several green practices to negate its effect on the environment. The amenities at Aurora include a two-story lobby with concierge station, fitness center, outdoor swimming pool, clubroom with private rooftop terrace, business center and conference room.
The beauty of the development is enhanced by a decorated streetscape featuring brick pavers, granite cobbles and planting beds. The project is enveloped by a landscaped community garden, which will double as an outdoor plaza and provide leisure space for residents.
