The restaurant and bar is housed in the five-star London Marriott Hotel County Hall and offers views of the Houses of Parliament, Big Ben, River Thames, and the London Eye. The concept of the new facility offers a homage to the late 18th century caricaturist, James Gillray and is characterised by classic British lighting and furniture items. English oak table tops, bespoke chandeliers and a Chesterfield sofa measuring nine metres in length are among the predominant design features adorning its interior.

The restaurant features a host of bespoke British quirky features such as the chutney counter. Solid oak parquet flooring leads to an area at the far end of the restaurant which is fitted with bespoke carpet and comprises a fine dining space. The look of the restaurant interior is complemented by installation of chandeliers, and James’ political satire illustrations in the walls fitted with oak panels.

Gillray’s bar has a capacity to house a maximum of 70. It dons a grand glass and gold lacquered drinks station, and wing back sofas while being illuminated with a bespoke metal chandelier. The bar seating areas sports a circular style and features a bespoke carpet, and leather seating facilities in hues of teal, dark blue, and mustard yellow.
