All Rome homes will be fully Energy Star-qualified and bring about a saving of 30% on monthly utility bills. The homes also carry a 10-year structural warranty from the builder.
The residents will benefit from various amenities at Honey Meadows, which comprises a pool, clubhouse and fitness centre among others. The community also has walking and jogging trails and a 13-acre lake.
