The Radisson Blu Hotel, Kyiv Podil will be located at 17-19 Bratskaya Street in Podil, and will be surrounded by historical buildings and monuments dating back to the 18th century.
The hotel’s portfolio will consist of 163 guestrooms, which will draw upon the Radisson Blu signature services. Other facilities at the hotel will include a restaurant, bar and lounge, a large wellness centre and meeting space. The new Radisson will also include underground parking garage for accommodating guest vehicles.
The hotel is slated to open in the fourth quarter of 2012.
The Radisson Blu Hotel, Kyiv Podil brings Rezidor’s portfolio in Ukraine to seven properties in operation and under development. Across Russia/CIS, the group now has 54 hotels with more than 13,000 rooms in operation and under development.
