Hampton Hills is located just west of I-494 and is close to downtown Minneapolis. The new community features woodlands, natural wetlands, and borders a neighboruhood park and trail system. The scheme is being developed on a former golf course and is likely to open in August 2012.
The company is offering seven distinct floor plans for Hampton Hills, which includes Springfield, Cambridge, Edgewater, Lexinton, Linden, Rutherford and Preston. The homes will have a maximum of four bedrooms, up to three and a half baths and garages for up to four cars.
The salient features of the homes include asphalt roofing shingles with 25-year warranty, luxury owner’s bath with soaking tub and separate shower stall. The homes will have designer nickel lighting fixtures and a fireplace with marble front and painted surround. The kitchen will have 42” upper kitchen cabinet and GE appliances. The kitchen, powder room and foyer will feature wooden flooring.
