Green day will have a total leasable area of about 16,000 square meters, which will be spread over different levels of the seven-storied office building. The building will also have two levels of underground parking.
Skanska plans to build Green Day with minimal footprints on the environment, so that after completion it achieves LEED Gold certification. The adoption of the sustainable practices will also assist the building to cut back its operating costs.
The scheme will be located in the city center of Wroclaw at the intersection of Wyszynskiego and Szczytnicka Street. The site for the development enjoys connection to major transportation routes of Wroclaw.
Construction of the project will begin in the second quarter of 2012 and completed by the first quarter of 2014.
