Sprawling over 10.6 acres site at 10110 Perimeter Parkway, in Northlake Area of Charlotte, the multi-family project will offer 246-unit residential units. The scheme has been designed by Geheber Lewis Associates.
The residential units will be spread over two, four-storey buildings and six carriage buildings. The community will offer a mix of flats, carriage, loft and direct access “brownstone” units. The development will offer resort-like environment to the residents, which will be rendered through two connected courtyards with multiple pocket parks and lawns.
The amenities for the residents of the Perimeter Lofts will include an integrated clubhouse with cyber café, movie and game room, fitness centre, salt water pool with outdoor cabanas, grilling areas, dog park, pet spa and car care centre.
Construction of the project is undertaken by WP East Builders LLC and is expected to complete by July 2013.
