The Via project has won a Gold Nugget Merit Award in the category of Multi-Family Housing Project – 30 to 50 du/acre (For Sale or Rent); and Gold Nugget Grand Award in the category of best Mixed-use Project.
The Via development offers 284 luxury apartments and a grocery-anchored 46,000 square feet shopping center that has been designed by KTGY. The resort-style apartments of Via offers environmentally-friendly, luxury living, onsite shopping. Almost 15% of the total homes have been classified as affordable rental units. The project comprises five-storey blocks, which have retail space at the ground level, while the upper floors have apartments. The blocks have one level of subterranean parking underneath.
The residential units vary in size in the range of 694 square feet to 1,313 square feet. The homes are marked by spacious interiors space and nine-feet ceilings. The homes have a gourmet kitchen, stainless steel appliances, and a private patio/balcony. The developer offers floor plans with an available flex-room, which can double as an additional bedroom or home office.
Other amenities for the residents include a large pool with sundeck and spa, health and fitness centre, cyber café, resident clubroom with billiards table, a bocce ball court, putting green, barbecue area and fire pit, Zen-styled courtyards, and a dog walk. All the common spaces of the development has Wi-Fi connection.
The development has a low carbon footprint, which accrues from its proximity to public means of transportation. Via incorporates several energy- and water-saving features, which enables the residents to keep the utility bills low and reduces resource demand.
