Designed by Dahlin Group Architecture Planning, the development is located adjacent to a Cisco Campus in Milpitas. The project offers 14-different floor plans which are divided into two kinds of neighborhoods, called The Rows and The Courts.
The architecture of the homes draw inspiration from the Prairie and Mid-Century style homes. The company is offering 14 different floor plans to suit home buyers. The homes consist of one, two and three-storey units. As a standard, all the homes have kitchen, dining and great room spaces.
Select floor plans also have a provision for a den and other spaces, while certain plans have provision for bedrooms in the first and second floor of the homes. The homes will display Urban Craftsman architecture, clean-line interiors and energy-efficient technology.
The layout of The Row neighborhood features four homes located on the corner of each building, which provides more windows for natural lighting. It has seven homes which vary in size between 1,198 to 1,788 square feet. The homes have a maximum of three bedrooms and up to three and a half bathrooms and a den.
The Court neighborhood is a cluster of seven town-homes. The homes range from approximately 1,218 to 1,972 square feet of space, and have up to four bedrooms plus a den and up to 3.5 bathrooms. All the homes of this series will have two car garage.
The amenities at Coyote Creek include a private recreation center with a fully equipped gym, swimming pool, multi-purpose hall with a modern kitchen for special events, outdoor fire pit, barbecues, and an exterior covered lounge and Wi-Fi throughout the entire area.
The development also has a club room with plasma screen television, an outdoor barbecue and outdoor covered living room, plus a fire-pit lounge area. The property also has a pet spa.
