The Statenice project involves redevelopment of a golf resort located just outside of Prague. The project will see the development of more than 300 family villas, 350 apartments, a golf club house, golf academy, local amenities and a five-star hotel. Central to the project is a complete renovation of a 17th century Chateau, which is located at the heart of the complex.

The new buildings will be developed along the slope of the hill, which will enable it to merge with the natural landscape of the place and create a pleasing ensemble. The building will also have large opening in their façade which will allow natural light to permeate into the inner spaces.
The Chateau complex will be seamlessly connected to the golf club house by means of a beautifully landscaped park. The landscaped park will be complete with a pitch and put golf course. The residents of select villas and apartments will enjoy direct views of the golf course and associated facilities.
