The hotel is expected to be the first internationally branded hotel in Novokuznetsk and the Kemerovo region, and will be located close to the Tom River and the administrative centre.
The 158-room Park Inn by Radisson Novokuznetsk will include eight serviced apartments, a Paulaner mini-brewery restaurant, an all-day dining restaurant as well as a fitness area. It will also include 600 square metre of meeting facilities, including a ballroom of 300 square metre.
Park Inn by Radisson is Rezidor’s young and dynamic mid-market brand, which is targeted at Russia’s major commercial cities and travel hubs. The hotels offer comfortable and contemporary rooms, attractive restaurants, modern meeting facilities, and personalized service.
The property is scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of 2014.
