The Hepburn homes will be noted for a traditional brick and siding elevations. The new Hepburn townhome models are two bedroom homes that have an area of circa 1,391 square feet.
Ryan is offering two kinds of homes in this category, which comprises level entry homes and basement level entry homes. The builder is also offering an option for four-feet extension to the back of the house, which will increase the living area of the house.
On the garage level, the houses will have a family room with an optional bath or an extra bedroom. The first level has a combined living room/dining area with an optional gas fireplace.
The kitchens feature a contemporary arch-shaped breakfast bar. The buyers of both the level as well as basement level entry homes have option for a powder room on the first floor.
The second floor accommodates two bedrooms and two baths. The owner’s bedroom has dual closets and an optional double bowl vanity. The owners also have option for using the second bath as a hall bath or en-suite bath with the second bedroom.
