Scope of work involves addition of 50,000 square feet to the existing centre. The project also involves upgrades to the landscape and expansion of the customer parking area.
The project will deliver more than 322,000 square feet of modern, upscale shopping environment. Designed to add a southern feel to the facility, the enlarged Tanger Outlets Gonzales will house more than 60 designer and brand name outlet stores.
The new stores will consist of J. Crew, Talbots, Under Armour, Brooks Brothers, American Eagle, Loft among others. They are scheduled to open in March 2013.
